💛 What CWiN Is

CWiN is A Different KiND of Network — The Network That Makes KiNDNESS Visible.

CWiN is built around recognition, connection, appreciation, and impact, with three primary CWiN Tokens representing the ways people show up for one another:

• Hearts of Gold — KiNDNESS, thoughtfulness, encouragement, support, and moments that mattered.
• Puzzle Pieces — meaningful connections, introductions, referrals, relationships, and the people who help connect the pieces.
• Doors — contributions of time, money, resources, support, service, or opportunity that help make something meaningful happen.

Together, these moments can become part of your KiNDNESS Resume — a living record of the KiNDNESS you share, the connections you value, and the contributions that matter.

🔑 Who Can Use CWiN

• You must be at least 13 years old to use CWiN.
• If you are under 18, use of CWiN should occur with the permission and supervision required by your parent or legal guardian and applicable law.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
• Information you provide to CWiN should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

☑️ Use CWiN With KiNDNESS

CWiN is intended to recognize people, preserve meaningful moments, strengthen relationships, and make positive impact visible.

You may not use CWiN to:

• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse others.
• Post hateful, unlawful, or intentionally harmful content.
• Create false, deceptive, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading recognition or impact records.
• Manipulate CWiN Tokens, balances, recognition totals, referrals, rankings, or other platform records.
• Spam users or misuse contact information.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, damage, or improperly access the platform or another user’s account.

💛 CWiN Tokens

CWiN Tokens are digital features used within the CWiN platform to recognize KiNDNESS, Connection, and Contribution.

• Tokens may be purchased, claimed, received, shared, or otherwise made available as CWiN adds features.
• CWiN Tokens are not currency, bank deposits, cryptocurrency, securities, or stored cash value.
• Tokens generally have no cash redemption value unless CWiN expressly states otherwise for a particular program.
• Token availability, features, pricing, promotional programs, and usage rules may change over time.

👛 Your CWiN Wallet

Your CWiN Wallet helps you see CWiN Tokens available to you and records certain token-related activity, including how tokens came into your CWiN Wallet and how they were used.

CWiN Wallet balances and transaction history are platform records and are not a bank account, financial account, or guarantee of monetary value.

💳 Purchases

Certain CWiN Tokens, services, features, memberships, or other offerings may be available for purchase.

• Prices and available packages may change over time.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated by CWiN, completed digital token purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or used.
• If you believe a purchase was made in error, duplicated, unauthorized, or not properly delivered, contact CWiN so we can review it.

📝 Your Content & Your Story

You retain ownership of the original words, stories, messages, notes, and other content you create and submit to CWiN.

By submitting content, you give CWiN the permission reasonably necessary to store, process, reproduce, format, and display that content in order to operate and improve the platform and provide the features you choose to use.

If you intentionally choose to share content publicly or through a future public CWiN feature, that content may be visible to other users according to the privacy and sharing settings available for that feature.

📌 Recognition Records Are User-Generated

CWiN provides tools for people to recognize, record, and celebrate meaningful actions.

Unless CWiN expressly states otherwise, CWiN does not independently verify every story, contribution, value, relationship, referral, message, or manually entered record.

A CWiN Token, KiNDNESS Resume entry, connection, recognition, or impact record should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, charitable, employment, or identity verification.

🔒 Privacy & Security

Your use of CWiN is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the information CWiN collects, how we use it, and how we work to protect it.

CWiN uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect platform information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying CWiN if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

❌ Account Suspension or Termination

CWiN may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or misuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect the platform.

CWiN may also discontinue or modify features as the platform develops.
